When stacking, we should consider the load-bearing capacity of the plastic crate, the stacking height limit and other requirements. Under normal circumstances, the weight of a single crate should not exceed 25 kg (limited by normal human body), and the crate should not be filled. Usually, at least 20 mm of space is required to prevent the goods from directly contacting the bottom of the crate, causing damage or dirt to the product.

Not only that, after the goods are loaded, we should pay attention to bundling and wrapping the plastic crates, which is mainly to facilitate the use of mechanical loading and unloading and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading and unloading, transportation and storage. At the same time, in order to make it have a longer service life, we should pay attention to avoid exposure to sunlight during use to avoid aging and shortening the service life. And do not throw the goods from a height into the plastic turnover box. Reasonably determine the stacking method of the goods in the turnover box. The goods should be placed evenly, not concentrated or eccentrically.

Note that during daily use, the plastic box should not be thrown directly from a height to avoid damage caused by violent impact. When the forklift or manual hydraulic truck is operating, the fork spikes should lift the pallet as smoothly as possible before changing the angle. The fork spikes should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid the pallet breaking and indirectly damaging the turnover box and goods.
