While the 48″×40″ pallet remains the top choice in North America, accounting for over 30% of all US pallets, 1200×1000mm is an excellent alternative for cross-ocean shipments.

It ranks as the second most common pallet size in the US. As a drum pallet, it securely holds four 55-gallon drums without overhang.
