1. Avoid direct sunlight on plastic pallets to prevent aging and shorten their service life.
2. Do not throw goods onto plastic pallets from a height. Properly determine the stacking method of goods within the pallet. Place goods evenly, avoiding concentrated or eccentric stacking. Pallets carrying heavy loads should be placed on a flat ground or object surface.
3. Do not drop plastic pallets from a height to avoid breakage or cracking due to violent impact.
4. When operating a forklift or manual hydraulic pallet truck, the forks should be positioned as far out as possible from the pallet fork holes, and the forks should be fully inserted into the pallet. The pallet should be lifted smoothly before changing the angle. The forks should not strike the sides of the pallet to avoid breakage or cracking.
5. When placing pallets on racks, rack-type pallets must be used. The load-bearing capacity depends on the rack structure; overloading is strictly prohibited.
