1. Must meet the stowage requirements of plastic turnover boxes.
2. Packaged groceries are suitable for transportation in swing boxes. Naked, overweight, overlong or refrigerated goods cannot be transported in swing boxes.
Precautions for transporting turnover crate
1. Must comply with the stowage regulations of turnover boxes. For example, the quantity and weight of each plastic turnover box loaded in the same shipment must be consistent, and there cannot be more or less. Different consignees and different goods cannot be mixed on the same turnover box. The flat surface of the turnover box should be fully loaded with goods, and the piles should be laid flat. All four sides should be laid flat, the four corners should be at 90 degrees, and the top should be kept level.
In addition to the header mark on the original package, the gross weight of the goods in the turnover box, the port of destination, the number and serial number of the turnover box, and the cargo weight of each plastic turnover box must also be added on both sides of the fork arm of the turnover box where the forklift is inserted. The specified maximum gross weight must not be exceeded.
2. The freight for goods in turnover boxes is calculated based on the gross weight and volume of the turnover box after loading minus the weight and height of the turnover box, that is, the turnover box itself is free of charge.
3. There are certain restrictions on the range of goods that can be loaded in turnover boxes, and not all goods can be transported in turnover boxes. The goods suitable for transportation in turnover boxes are limited to packaged groceries. Bulk, naked, overweight, over-length or refrigerated goods cannot be transported as turnover boxes. Two dangerous goods with different properties must not be packed in the same turnover box and shipped as a turnover box.
4. When goods are transported in plastic turnover boxes, the words “transportation boxes” must be marked on all transport documents.
5. The cargo of each plastic turnover box must be strapped firmly, have sufficient strength and stable balance, can withstand general maritime risks, withstand loading and unloading operations and movement, and can withstand a certain amount of pressure on top.
